Dear Adore Technical Support,
I am surprise for your email below , as I asked you from two days as you report to me the callback is working and make a callback to my phone but nothing until now, and I have test it after your email , it is not working at all the call come to the server and dropped .
and as usual I ask you to do the callback with me yesterday and you later after more than 3 hours told me we have a problem in the mobile operator and we will do it later
until now (one month from delver the server to adore InfoTech), no valuable feedback from your company to me, I lost money to rent a server for a year and your team play on it and train your staff on my server.
this is completely not accepted behavior from professional company as they said to me before, really a lose a lot of efforts and time from my side to understand the product and understand that adore team not qualified enough to do though this type of business.
